SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. I normally ship ready to ship items within 1-3 days of purchase. Custom items ETA time will vary between 2-5 weeks.
Items are shipped first class up to 1lb and Priority Mail when packages exceed the first class weight limit. Free domestic shipping is offered for orders of $100+. I am more than happy to ship internationally. When buying through the website your shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to items being custom made, all sales are FINAL. However, if there is an issue with your item, which might have been accidentally overlooked during production. Please message the shop via email at lil.monkeybusiness@yahoo.com or send a message directly from our website using our contact form. I would be more than happy to work with you to fix any issues you may have to the best of my ability.
